Philippians 1:6 “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.”
Even after a month centered on greater works, we remain works in progress ourselves. In Philippians 1:6, Paul expresses confidence that the God who began a good work in us will faithfully continue it. God does not wait until we are perfectly finished before He works through us; He forms us while He uses us.
Our journey through GREATER WORKS brings us back to where we began—the work within. God has been renewing, transforming, pruning, strengthening, leading, and using us, and He is not finished yet. Our confidence rests in His faithfulness rather than our perfection.
May today’s declaration free you from the pressure to have everything together before God can use you. Remain surrendered to His process. He is still working in you while He is working through you.

John 15:16 “I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain…”

Jesus does not simply call us to produce momentary results. In John 15:16, He speaks of fruit that remains. Kingdom impact is often deeper than what can be immediately measured. A prayer, act of obedience, word of encouragement, seed of truth, sacrifice, or act of service may continue bearing fruit long after the moment has passed.

As GREATER WORKS draws toward its conclusion, our attention shifts from impressive moments to lasting impact. God is capable of using simple acts of faithfulness to produce results we may never fully see.

May today’s declaration encourage you to value faithfulness over immediate evidence. Keep planting, praying, serving, giving, teaching, loving, and obeying. Trust God with what grows from your yes. Kingdom work is not measured only by what happens now, but by what remains.

Galatians 5:22–23 “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance…”

Some of the clearest evidence of the Holy Spirit’s power is not found in what happens around us but in who we are becoming. In Galatians 5:22–23, Paul describes the fruit the Spirit produces within surrendered lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

GREATER WORKS must never cause us to overlook the greater work of Christlike character.Spiritual power and spiritual fruit belong together. Our gifts may affect what we accomplish, but our character profoundly affects how we represent Jesus while doing it.

May today’s declaration invite the Holy Spirit to continue cultivating His fruit within you. Ask Him to make His presence visible not only through what you do, but through how you love, respond, serve, wait, forgive, and live.

John 15:8 “Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.”
Jesus connects fruitfulness directly to the Father’s glory. In John 15:8, He teaches that bearing much fruit demonstrates discipleship and brings glory to God. This gives us an important way to evaluate the works we pursue: are they producing fruit that reflects Christ and honors the Father?
As we bring our October journey through GREATER WORKS to a close, we’re looking beyond the work itself to the fruit it produces. Greater activity is not necessarily greater fruitfulness. God is interested in what our lives produce as we remain connected to Him.
May today’s declaration help you measure fruitfulness differently. Ask God to make your life fruitful in ways that bless others, reflect Jesus, and direct glory back to Him. The goal is not simply to do more, but to bear fruit that matters.

Acts 4:29–31 “Grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word… and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.”

The early believers did not ask God to make their assignment easier; they asked Him for boldness to remain faithful within it. In Acts 4:29–31, they prayed, the place was shaken, they were filled with the Holy Spirit, and they continued speaking God’s Word with courage.

This week, GREATER WORKS has moved from preparation to participation. God prepares good works, entrusts gifts, makes His light visible, works through diverse people, and gives courage to act. Greater works require more than ability—they require Spirit-filled boldness.

May today’s declaration strengthen your courage to respond when God opens the door. Speak when He leads you to speak. Serve when He leads you to serve. Trust that the Spirit who gives the assignment can also give you the boldness to fulfill it.

1 Corinthians 12:4–7 “Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit… But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal.”

Greater works were never intended to be a solo assignment. In 1 Corinthians 12:4–7, Paul reminds us that the Spirit distributes different gifts and expressions of service while remaining the same Spirit working through them all. God’s power is not limited to one personality, title, platform, or style.

Our journey through GREATER WORKS reminds us that the Body is strongest when each person faithfully contributes what God has entrusted to them. Comparison distracts us from stewardship. We do not need someone else’s gift to fulfill our own assignment.

May today’s declaration free you from comparison. Honor what God is doing through others while faithfully offering what He has placed in you. Different gifts do not mean different value; the same Spirit is at work through us all.

Multi Cultural Multi Generational Kingdom Builders.

Declare Victory is a 9 year old group of Kingdom Builders, Intercessors, Servant Leaders, Community Builders, Humanitarian hearts, Teachers, Disciples, Evangelists, Pastors, Apostles, Prophets and then some in one place from all faiths. Our goal is to lift the body of Christ with Him being lifted in mind.

Declare Victory is comprised of a several RADICAL believers in Christ, that come together daily to pray, worship, praise and build one another up as we grow in His Word together. We also find time and a common ground in the art of

humanitarian service from coast to coast, unified by a prayer call.

Founded by Dionne S. Goree , January 1, 2014 it was immediately established that we had stumbled upon world changers everywhere. What began as a desire to pray, swiftly became a desire to create, impact and change culture globally through the power of prayer, relationships, training and teaching the word of God with practical precepts!

We are dedicated to helping re-position people:

Impacting empowering , encouraging, uplifting, equipping and disciplining others to go back and support their local church and communities.

We Love To Serve

The heart of Declare Victory is Community driven, Service oriented and Growth & Development focused. Our goal through the Word of God is to reinforce Kingdom Lifestyles, through love, generosity, integrity and character. We believe that people grow fast when they are loved well. Each day we reiterate the importance of empathy, human kindness, selflessness, humanity and humility we create an atmosphere conducive to produce just that. We recognize that the joy of the Lord is truly our strength, and make active strides daily to encourage, impart and empower every "Victor" to live their faith out loud. Join us!

Our calls happen weekdays Monday- Friday 6:00AM PST. However our reach is far greater.

Community Is Necessary

Building Faith. Strengthening Community. Walking in Victory.

Declare Victory is more than a daily prayer call—it is a faith-filled community committed to cultivating intentional relationships with our Heavenly Father and meaningful connections with one another.

We gather daily to pray, grow in the truth of the Word of God, and learn how to navigate the heavens through purposeful, faith-filled prayer. Through accountability, encouragement, biblical teaching, and consistent support, we create an environment where believers can deepen their faith and confidently walk out what God has called them to do.

Our connection extends beyond the call. Both online and in person, locally and abroad, we are deliberate about building authentic relationships and creating a strong community where no one has to pursue spiritual growth alone.

At Declare Victory, we believe that when prayer, truth, community, and accountability come together, lives are strengthened, faith is activated, and victory becomes a way of life.

Connect. Pray. Grow. Serve. Declare Victory.

Meet The Pastors

Love, Life & Victory

The Story of Pastors Royce & Dionne Goree

Sometimes God expands a vision by expanding the family entrusted to carry it.

For years, Pastor Dionne Jackson—now Pastor Dionne Goree—led the charge of Declare Victory, stewarding a ministry born from prayer and built through faith, sacrifice, discipleship, service, and an unwavering love for God's people.

She had learned how to lead, build, pray, teach, encourage, and carry the vision God had placed in her heart. Yet, even while the work was growing, God was writing another chapter—one she could not have planned for herself.

God graciously sent her love, partnership, and a covering equipped and qualified to help build what comes next.

His name was Pastor Royce Goree.

When Two Stories Met

In 2023, Pastor Royce Goree and Pastor Dionne Jackson met, and what began as a connection soon developed into courtship.

Two people with their own journeys.

Two leaders with a heart for ministry.

Two servants who loved God and His people.

And, in time, two lives becoming one.

Their love story wasn't simply about finding companionship. It became the joining together of purpose, experience, leadership, ministry, and vision.

Pastor Royce brought with him years of pastoral leadership, having previously pastored Victorious Church. Pastor Dionne brought the legacy and foundation of Declare Victory—a ministry she had faithfully stewarded for years.

Together, they discovered that God wasn't asking either of them to abandon what He had already built through their individual lives.

He was bringing those experiences together for what He wanted to build next.

From Me to We

Marriage changed more than their names and relationship status. It created a new ministry partnership.

Pastor Dionne no longer had to envision the next chapter of Declare Victory alone. Pastor Royce joined the DV family with a heart to serve, cover, strengthen, build, and help carry the vision forward.

Today, Pastors Royce and Dionne Goree stand together as one unit, believing God has empowered them as a team to take Declare Victory into its next season.

Their individual strengths complement one another. Their experiences have prepared them. Their faith anchors them. And their shared commitment to Jesus Christ keeps the mission bigger than either of them.

This is not about one person standing in front while another stands behind.

They are building together.

Love. Life. Victory.

Their story represents three words that have become inseparable:

LOVE. LIFE. VICTORY.

Love brought them together.

Life gave them individual experiences, lessons, victories, losses, wisdom, and testimonies to bring into their union.

And Victory is the assignment they now carry together.

What began with Victorious Church and what grew through Declare Victory is now preparing for another expression of ministry:

VICTORY CITY

Victory City represents a new chapter and an expanding vision—a place where prayer, worship, biblical teaching, discipleship, leadership development, family, community, evangelism, and service can come together.

Pastors Royce and Dionne believe the next level of Declare Victory isn't simply about becoming bigger.

It's about reaching farther, discipling deeper, loving stronger, developing more leaders, serving more people, and creating opportunities for others to discover and fulfill their Kingdom assignments.

The vision that God began through prayer continues to unfold.

And now, they carry it together.

Two Have Become One

One marriage.

One team.

One faith.

One Kingdom.

One mission.

Pastors Royce and Dionne Goree have become one in Love, one in Life, and one in Victory.

Their story is still being written, and so is the story of Declare Victory.

The invitation now extends to you:

Come build with us.

Come pray with us.

Come grow with us.

Come serve with us.

Come make disciples with us.

Come help us carry the Gospel beyond the walls and into communities, cities, and nations.

There is more work to do.

There are more people to love.

There are more leaders to develop.

There are more disciples to make.

There are more testimonies waiting to be told.

And there are still people who have not heard.

Join Pastors Royce and Dionne Goree in the mission.

LOVE. LIFE. VICTORY.

Two have become one—and together, we're building what comes next.

DECLARE VICTORY → VICTORY CITY

Until all have heard.
